Adding an Account

Adding an account is the first step to getting notifications delivered to your Discord server.
Follow the steps below to set it up.

WARNING
Some Discord channels appear greyed out?
This means NotifyMe doesn't have the necessary permissions to post in those channels. Follow the Permissions Guide to grant the required permissions.
WARNING
I can't add some TikTok accounts, or they're not receiving notifications, why?
If your TikTok account has Audience Controls enabled, NotifyMe cannot detect your content. You can still add the account, but you will not receive notifications while Audience Controls are enabled.
Follow our guide in Common Issues to disable Audience Controls.

1. Log In & Open the Dashboard#

Head over to notifyme.bot and log in with your Discord account.
Once you're in, navigate to the Dashboard.

2. Select Your Server#

You'll see a list of all the Discord servers you manage.
Click on the server you want to configure.
Server selection screen

3. Make Sure NotifyMe Has the Required Permissions#

Before adding an account, make sure NotifyMe has the required permissions in the Discord channel where you want notifications to be sent.
If a channel appears greyed out when selecting a Discord channel, NotifyMe is missing one or more required permissions.
See the Permissions Guide for detailed instructions on granting the required permissions.

4. Choose a Platform#

Below the server name, you'll find a platform dropdown.
Click it and select the platform you want to track:
YouTube
TikTok
Twitter
Twitch

Account URL (required)#

Paste the full URL of the creator's channel you want to track into the Account URL field.
Example: https://youtube.com/@SomeCreator

Discord Channel (required)#

Choose the Discord channel where you want notifications to be posted.
This is the channel inside your server where members will see the alerts.
NOTE
If the channel is greyed out or cannot be selected, NotifyMe is missing one or more required permissions. Check the Permissions Guide.

Additional Customization (optional)#

You can also customize additional fields to tailor the notifications to your liking, such as the notification message, role mentions, and more.

7. Save & You're Done!#

Once everything looks good, confirm and save.
NotifyMe will now monitor that account and send a notification to your Discord whenever there's new content.
