Fine-tune how and when NotifyMe sends notifications for each account. These options are found in the Edit Account modal.
1. Account Status#
Account Status lets you start or stop notifications for an account without having to remove it. It's the first option at the top of the
Edit Account modal.
| Option | Behavior |
|---|
| Running | The account is active and notifications are sent as normal. |
| Paused | Notifications for this account are temporarily stopped. |
1.1 How to change it#
1.
Open the Edit Account modal for the account you want to change.
2.
Click on the Account Status dropdown at the top.
3.
Select Running or Paused.
Paused is handy if you want to take a break from an account's notifications without losing its settings. Set it back to Running whenever you want notifications to resume.
2. Content Filtering#
Content filtering lets you choose which types of content trigger a notification for an account. Each content type can be enabled separately, so you can turn on all of them, or only the ones you care about.
Available content types depend on the platform:| Platform | Content types |
|---|
| YouTube | Videos, Livestreams, Shorts |
| TikTok | Videos/Photos, Livestreams |
| Twitter | Tweet, Retweet, Quoted Tweet |
| Twitch | Livestreams only |
| Kick | Livestreams only |
2.1 How to set it up#
1.
Open the Edit Account modal for the account you want to change.
2.
Click on the "Content Type Filter" dropdown.
3.
Enable or disable each content type you want.
Twitch and Kick only support livestreams, so there is nothing to filter for those platforms.
3. Delete When Live Ends#
Keep your notification channel tidy by automatically removing livestream notifications once the stream is over.
This feature is available on all platforms that support livestreams.
3.1 How to enable it#
1.
Open the Edit Account modal for the account you want to change.
2.
Find the Delete When Live Ends section.
3.
Open the dropdown and select Enabled.
| Option | Behavior |
|---|
| Disabled | The notification stays in the channel after the stream ends. |
| Enabled | The notification is deleted automatically when the stream ends. |
This setting is applied per account, so you can enable it for some accounts and leave it disabled for others.
