Customizing the Bot

Custom Bot Styles let you change how the bot appears in Discord when it sends notifications, giving it a custom name and profile picture. You can create multiple styles and apply a different one to each account.

⚠️ Custom Bot Styles are a premium feature. Make sure you have an active premium subscription and that the server you want to configure has premium enabled.

Step 1 — Create a Bot Style

Head to your premium server's dashboard and open the "Customize Bot" page. Click "Create Bot Style" to get started.

A popup will appear with three fields to customise:

Bot Style Name — The internal name of the bot style (not visible on Discord)

Username — The display name the bot will use when posting notifications

Profile Picture URL — The avatar the bot will show in Discord

Once you're happy with it, click "Create Bot Style" to save it.

Step 2 — Apply the Bot Style to a Channel

Just like Custom Embeds, bot styles need to be assigned to accounts individually.
Go to the "Accounts" page and click "Edit" on the account you want to update.

In the account settings, find the "Bot Style" field and select the style you just created from the dropdown. Save your changes, and all future notifications from that account will use the new name and profile picture.

Managing Your Bot Styles

You can create as many bot styles as you need and mix and match them across accounts. For example, you could have a YouTube-themed bot for your YouTube notifications and a Twitch-themed one for your Twitch notifications.

To edit or delete a bot style, go back to the "Customise Bot" page and find it in your list.

💡 Changes to a bot style apply to all accounts it's currently assigned to, so you don't need to re-assign it after editing.
